  To make a claim:

  • Review your agreement.
  • Take photos or videos of the problem you are experiencing.

  • Note the manufacturer and try to find the model and serial number if the issue is with any equipment.
  • Contact a licensed (where required), professional service provider.  Note, that some manufacturers require certified technicians to repair their equipment.
  • When the provider comes to your home, ask them to document a complete diagnosis including all reasons if the unit cannot be repaired.
  • Keep all work orders, estimates, invoices, and receipts. See helpful tips and hints on what your paperwork should include here.
  • File your claim using the form below.
