To make a claim:
- Review your agreement.
Take photos or videos of the problem you are experiencing.
- Note the manufacturer and try to find the model and serial number if the issue is with any equipment.
- Contact a licensed (where required), professional service provider. Note, that some manufacturers require certified technicians to repair their equipment.
- When the provider comes to your home, ask them to document a complete diagnosis including all reasons if the unit cannot be repaired.
- Keep all work orders, estimates, invoices, and receipts. See helpful tips and hints on what your paperwork should include here.
